Matthew J. Hagenow

Matt takes whatever steps are necessary to understand your situation, including your goals and objectives, so that he can respond appropriately and cost-effectively to your legal needs. He represents clients in real estate and business transactions, as well as in lawsuits involving real estate and business disputes. He assists clients in the purchase, sale, and leasing of real estate and in business mergers and acquisitions. He provides guidance to clients forming partnerships, corporations, and limited liability companies. He also provides estate planning, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, and other advance directives, as well as probate matters. Matt is an experienced litigator and tries cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts. He also represents clients before administrative agencies and handles mediations and arbitrations.
