Martin W. Kus

Martin is now retired from the practice of law. He represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters involving Civil Litigation, Business Litigation, Criminal Defense (including complex “white collar” crimes), Insurance Defense, Government Agency Defense and Employment and Civil Rights cases. He tried civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts. As a former federal court clerk, he handled hundreds of federal civil and criminal cases, including cases involving government entities. In addition, Martin prepared briefs and argues appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and the Indiana Court of Appeals.
