Kristina J. Jacobucci

Kristina practices family law, representing clients in domestic relation matters involving divorce, legal separation, paternity, child custody, parenting time disputes, child support, guardianships, grandparent visitation actions, protective order proceedings and appellate proceedings. Kristina also practices adoption law and has experience with various types of adoptions, including newborn adoption, foster parent adoptions, stepparent adoptions, interstate adoptions and finalization of international adoptions. She has tried hundreds of divorce and paternity proceedings and has also successfully mediated numerous divorce proceedings to resolution. She also advised clients of health care regulations and represents health care providers in medical malpractice claims.
