Katie Anderson

Katie focuses her practice on school law, special education law, estate planning, probate, elder law, and
litigation. Katie is a former educator, having spent ten years in the classroom, and brings her experience
of teaching both general education and special education into the practice of law. She works with the
firm’s school corporation clients as well as individual and private school clients and advises on issues of
general education as well as special education matters. She represents clients in probate and litigation
matters and counsels clients in matters involving special needs trust creation and administration. She
provides estate planning by drafting Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and other advance directive
documents.
