David P. Jones

David has successfully overseen both plaintiff and defense work in cases involving injury or death from vehicle accidents, product defects and slip/fall accidents. He also has extensive experience in medical malpractice claims. David has represented at trial individuals in state and federal criminal cases including murder, drug offenses, kidnapping, burglary, robbery, fraud, forgery, driving while intoxicated, arson, battery, wire fraud, white collar crimes and Controlled Substance Act offenses. He was a La Porte County Public Defender for over twenty-five years. David is also an experienced certified mediator, acting as a mediator in numerous civil cases.
